BIRTHDAY PARTY
This weekend was filled with fun! My husband and I hosted a party with friends and family celebrating both of our birthdays! Here are some of the photos I took, and links to where you can find similar decorations and desserts! Hope this helps!
1. DECOR
To decorate our home, I purchased a silver tinsel backdrop and added some helium balloons to go with it! The backdrop was hassle free and transformed the room into a festive, decorative space! The backdrop was also perfect for capturing photos with a polaroid camera I purchased! Polaroids are great for keepsakes or for your guests to take!
2. FOOD
For food, I prepared a large charcuterie board with finger foods including; meatballs, Samoa’s shrimp and a variety of bread and crackers for our guests to enjoy.
3. DISCO DETAIL
{For drinks, I made a sparkling pink lemonade and added fresh berries and flowers which floated on top! I also put out VOSS water bottles!}
To make my drink bar more decorative, I added cute disco touches! I found cute disco stirrers and matching disco tumblers!I also used these light strings to decorate throughout the house! And of course, I had to have a real disco ball!
4. DESSERT
This cake came out exactly how I imagined! I ordered this cake from Amanie, who I found on Instagram, she did an awesome job! Tasted just as good as it looks!

To make the donuts more festive, I sprinkled some edible glitter on top of them! This made my entire dessert table match a little more! I also topped other simple desserts with the glitter as well!
